This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of the Streamify platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Streamify complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Streamify platform to create, distribute, or host content that falls into the following categories:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts.
- Hate Speech and Violence: Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
- Harmful Content: Content that encourages or provides instructions for self-harm, promotes dangerous activities, or facilitates the sale of illegal or regulated substances (e.g., narcotics, controlled substances, weapons).
- Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material: Sexually explicit material, including pornography, obscene content, and certain sexually oriented services.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of others.
- Fraudulent Activity: Content or services that are fraudulent, deceptive, or involve schemes such as pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" programs, or other deceptive marketing practices.
- Privacy Violations: Content that reveals the personal or confidential information of third parties without their consent.
Content and Activities Requiring Approval
Given the nature of the Streamify platform, certain types of content and activities require prior approval to ensure compliance with our partners' policies, including payment processors like PayPal. You must obtain pre-approval from Streamify before using the platform for any of the following:
- Live Streaming/Broadcasting: Any live activities where people transmit video, voice, or text with the potential for user interaction.
- Mature Audience Content: Any adult content delivered digitally, including video on demand (VOD).
- Educational Institutions & Corporate Training: Use of the platform by educational institutions or corporate training departments for official programs.
- Gambling and Gaming: Activities involving gambling, gaming, or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize.
- Charities / Non-Profit: Collecting donations as a charity or non-profit organization.
- File-Sharing: Services that provide file-sharing where uploaded content is accessible to the public.
Your Responsibilities
By using Streamify, you agree to:
- Comply with all laws: You are independently responsible for ensuring your business and all content on your platform comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Adhere to partner policies: You must respect the terms and conditions of our third-party partners, including payment processors, hosting providers, and other services integrated into the Streamify platform.
- Act in good faith: You will not attempt to "game" or manipulate the Streamify platform to circumvent these policies, defraud other users, or engage in malicious practices.
- Maintain content standards: You are responsible for moderating and managing the content on your platform to ensure it meets these standards.
Enforcement and Reporting
Streamify reserves the right to take action, including content removal or account suspension, if we determine that you have violated this policy. We encourage you to report violations of this AUP to Streamify immediately. You can submit a report through our support channels.
